Modernist cooking may encompass a huge amount of information but getting started creating dishes that will amaze is easy. I've put together several resources the budding modernist cook can use to jump start their cooking including The Beginner's Guide to Modernist Cooking. This guide will give you the basics you need to get started creating amazing dishes.

I also have written Modernist Cooking Made Easy: Getting Started. It is available as a paperback or Kindle book and contains more than 80 modernist recipes and an in-depth look at the most popular modernist techniques and ingredients.
